    I'm Just Getting Warmed Up

You might've noticed the new subtitle under my blog header. Rest assured, I am not going anywhere, and neither is my blog. The line actually comes from a movie I just watched called The Hitchhiker's Guide to the Galaxy, and the premise is that dolphins are actually extraterrestrial creatures that are smarter than humans and are here on planet Earth to warn us of our impending doom. (Which we ignore, of course.) Before the dolphins launch themselves into outer space, they send their final message, which is "So long, and thanks for all the fish." Being a Dolphins fan, any movie that features singing, talking, ultra-intelligent dolphins has a special place in my heart. Hence, the subtitle.

That being said, it looks like many of my fellow Trinity "Blogging On" classmates have abandoned or moved their blogs, so I've permanently disabled the Trinity Blog Buds link from my page so that it doesn't hang off my neck like a skin tag. I haven't deleted it completely, and I probably won't for some time, because I want to review old blogs for interesting links that I never had time to review during the semester. Links to classmate blogs that are being maintained like Jimbo's and (hopefully) Sara's will be transferred to my "Other Blogs in the Sea" page, but there's no point in linking to blogs that are growing mold. If you have a blog that you would like me to see, by all means, send me your link so I can check it out! And as far as the Blog Sea goes, you don't have to worry about it drying up anytime soon...my mind a myriad  of senseless facts and misguided opinions to write about...and a river runs through it!
